My paintings explore my connection with this ancient land.  The huge rock formations fill me with the wonder of time and space. 

I can feel the stories and imagine what might have been.  I begin to understand my place here.  In my first attempts to record this understanding, I used a symbol to mark these place as mine too.  Now I place myself in the landscape, sometimes becoming part of the rock itself.
